Works closely with the product owner to understand business vision, requests, and needs.Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other activities.Monitor team backlog daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the sprint.Identify and remove impediments through collaboration.Actively address blocking issues so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the Iteration. Collaborate with other scrum masters to improve the agile methodologies' efficiency across the organization.Work with Project Managers and Product Owners to keep scrum backlog refine.Preparing and presenting retrospective reports back to leaders and stakeholders.

Monitor and report project status to all stakeholders.Work closely with development teams to determine level of effort needed to meet time-sensitive requirements.Provide schedule to Test Engineers and track changes to the schedule. Identify issues and follow proper escalation procedures. Perform additional assignments as requested by supervisor.
