Human Resources Manager
Current- Build external talent pipelines for current and future vacancies/talent gaps;
- Maintain external talent information through tracking best talent moves;
- Pre-screen and hunt external talent to build "long list" of candidates for Division Managers and Business Partners to interview;
- Work with Division Manager to deliver high caliber "long lists" of candidate's specific roles and ensure placement in the shortest time;
- Set up effective relationships with recruitment agencies;
- Develop and execute progressive integrated recruitment solutions using multiple avenues including direct sourcing, social networking, industry networking, employee referrals, Internet sourcing and targeting advertising.
