I oversee the Multifamily Division of Stratus Roofing to meet the challenges multifamily property owners, property managers and HOAs have in ensuring roofing system compliance with insurance companies.I oversee a team and manage sales and production of large multifamily projects, including operations, P/L and accounting for roofing repairs and replacements. We also collaborate with solar companies in providing sustainable quality roofs for solar projects.My clients appreciate my unique perspective, which draws from my experience in property management and banking. I truly understand the situations and priorities that property managers juggle on a daily basis. My knowledge of financing, lending products and the current market gives my clients more confidence to handle their roofing projects with sound fiscal management.One example is a $3.9M project I led for a condo association and a third-party vendor. The association had suffered a catastrophic weather event and needed to replace tile roofs on its townhomes. We handled the insurance claim, but the insurance company went under before paying it out.I leveraged my banking knowledge and relationships for financing. I brought in the tile manufacturer to negotiate pricing. Going through the state insurance claim processing system would have taken 2 years, but I helped our client complete negotiations within 6 months and get full roof replacements installed before hurricane season.I believe in collaboration, service and education. I manage a number of residential properties and ensure they are well-maintained. I handle requests from both tenants and property owners and understand the dynamics and perspectives of all parties when working to solve any problems that arise in the homes. I also manage the logistics of repairs and improvements.

Banking can be an intimidating process for a lot of small business owners, and during my tenure at Seacoast I strived to give my clients confidence in making banking and lending decisions. I thrived on building relationships with my clients, helping them understand the different financial products that were available to them, and finding solutions for their needs. Many of my clients were Home Owners Associations, and I excelled at understanding lending options for their many needs.I managed a team of 5-7 people and fostered a sense of collaboration and learning in order to provide our clients with exceptional service.
