Facilitation of the redesign of the customer complaints process

Working in a team of 4 black belts, reporting into the European Executive Leadership Team (EET) focusing on cross-functional processes to reduce defects and variation.

Interim position, based in France, responsible for front line team receiving calls and resolving customers invoice problems in a timely manner and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsible for the implementation of the Six Sigma Process Improvement Methodology within the European Customer Service Team, which included SAP Transactional Data & Master Data, Invoice Control and local, office based Customer Service / query management.

Responsible for translating Master Data business requirements into detailed SAP and Siebel processes and procedures allowing the centralisation of 14 in-country teams to a Shared Services Centre in Manchester (UK). This work facilitated an overall Customer Service team head count reduction of 33%.

The role involved project managing breakthrough improvement initiatives and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives. • Designed and Implemented Optical Character Recognition system • Centralisation of a remote asset management processing operation to increase asset control and reduce operating costs.
