Responsible for providing project development support throughout the sales and project mobilization cycles for Major Projects in the Northeast with project values ranging from $2-$70 million. In this role I was responsible for working with project teams in defining scope and budget details for various building wide system integration projects involving multiple lines of business including Building Automation Systems, HVAC Equipment, Fire Alarm Systems, Video Surveillance and Access Control, Structured Cabling, Converged Networks and Network Gear, Audio Visual Systems, and Distributed Antenna Systems. Provided current and best practice mentoring to JCI branches in the areas of Project Planning, Project Management, Risk Management, Contract Management, Cost Estimation, Subcontract RFP Development, Subcontract Negotiations, and Vendor Selection.

Responsible for supporting Johnson Controls Branch Sales and Operations Teams in reviewing project scope documents and providing recommendations for building automation system product solutions to meet customer objectives.

Shire HGT Lexington Campus: Managed the Building Automation System and Electrical System subcontracts including Fire Alarm, Security, Telecommunications, and Audio Visual Systems for a 187,000 square foot Research & Development building. Responsibilities include preparation of bid documents and subcontracts, contract negotiation, trade coordination, and schedule management to ensure project delivery on time and within budget. Successfully managed the Building Automation System, Process Control System, and I&C subcontracts for a 193,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Participated in the start-up, functional testing, and commissioning of HVAC and process utility systems. Genzyme Framingham Campus: Provided Project Management support and Commissioning services for multiple projects, both new construction and occupied renovations. Played an active role in phased construction planning sessions with Genzyme Engineering and Facilities. Conducted P&ID review meetings with the project teams to assure proper sequences of operation during start-up and commissioning.

Supported a team of Systems Engineers, Construction Coordinators, and Engineering Assistants in the Building Automation System controls design for new construction projects in the Boston area.
