I developed and led the cultural, strategic, business, process, and digital transformation that allowed Garantas Bind SGR to become one of the market's leading and most innovative SGRs, with a risk fund that grew from $190 million to +$2,000 million in less than three years and a GPTW score of 91 percent (creating both economic and human value). I implemented a people-oriented and goal-oriented culture through agile methodology, which helped build a high-performance team that multiplied the granting of guarantees by more than 10x, with a clear purpose of ensuring that the team, customers, and shareholders remain inspired to continue contributing with their effort, wallets, and investment.

Responsible for the Credit Risk, Collection, and Sales Financing departments, which I merged into one team, developing and leading a comprehensive cultural, strategic, and business transformation that helped the company drastically reduce its default credit rate while also improving its processes and controls. Led a team of 35 dedicated professionals with USD 450 million in assets under management. Worked closely with commercial directors to develop new sales and collection procedures, as well as alternative financing products and third-party risk transfer.

Reporting directly to the company's Group CEO, designed the CSR strategy, policies, and business structure for Nidera's global CSR program. Led a team in charge of articulating consistent CSR corporate goals, plans, and programs, monitoring their implementation, ensuring global CSR training for all employees, and coordinating activities across regions and more than 20 offices worldwide. Responsible for fostering an effective engagement of employees and external stakeholders in a CSR culture.

Management and P&L responsibility for Aval Rural SGR, Nidera's financial guarantor company. Developed the business plan, led the start-up, and established the products, policies, and management systems necessary to run a profitable business. Built a team of 16 highly engaged professionals and grew the company to become one of Argentina's leading reciprocal guarantee companies, with over USD 600 million granted in guarantees and over 1.000 clients. Aval Rural also established its leadership in the local capital market for structuring and issuing asset-backed securitizations.

Led M&A projects and transactions in Latin America. Coordinated road shows with Private Equity and Venture Capital departments. Developed business plans for start-ups and valued companies in various industries.

Participated in the department's establishment and growth. Evaluated and appraised real estate projects, creating custom financial models and reporting to the Senior Credit Committee. Negotiated the structure and terms of loans with corporate clients, including the terms and conditions of financial trusts. Responsible for the loan lifecycle, collaborating with other departments at the bank such as Risks, Treasury, Legal, and the Branch Network. In charge of the loan portfolio, as well as annual budgets and reporting.

Coordinated activities in Argentina for international clients, acting as a liaison with Investor Relationship Managers of listed companies. Responsible for the creation of reports on Pension Fund investments in the local market. Assisting the Managing Director and traders with their daily tasks.
