EDUCATION. Everything that I’ve read says that my summary on LinkedIn should explain who I am. And I’m about Education.In my younger years it was education to make me a better student, employee, wife, mother, business owner, and overall human being.With the growth of AIS Solutions, my focus was growing myself as a leader and educating my team on becoming better bookkeepers while providing an environment of growth and challenge.Through our blog on AIS Solutions, the focus has been on educating our clients and other business owners to help their business become successful and stay that way.I’ve tried to help students with their education through my participation in writing curriculum for the Ontario Private and Career Colleges, and through the Intuit Mentor Program, help provide education around Cloud Bookkeeping to other Accountants and Bookkeepers.With the launch of our newest venture - Kninja, my next phase of education is to help and teach other bookkeepers to become a Firm of the Future…now. So regardless of the phase of my life, I’ve always been about Education, and don’t foresee that as changing any time soon, as I find it so rewarding. Perhaps, my father being a teacher, rubbed off on me more than I thought ☺
