CurrentPerform managerial duties such as monitoring call center metrics, conveying and implementing strategic plans, engaging in project planning and management, and assisting direct reports with routine tasks.- conduct training tri-site - de-escalation of complex inquiries by expansively reviewing outside documents (Ex. Trust Agreements, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Court Orders etc)- liaising with legal or leadership in other departments- creating holistic solutions for clients- identify risks based off audits and coordinate SIAI resolution- revise procedure and process to create efficiencies and reduce risk
