I am a highly experienced and qualified HR and OD professional with a successful career spanning 30 years; working within a large multinational company and consultancy environments. For 22 years I worked with AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, supporting its various business transformations. I enjoyed an exciting and varied career there working across the Manufacturing and R&D arms of the business. As an HR Business Partner working alongside Senior Leadership teams, my key projects included managing change implementation and supporting people through change. I also led team start up activities. I developed a strong interest in continuous improvement and problem solving and built my expertise in some basic Lean Sigma problem solving techniques. In 2013 I joined the StraightForward team and have acquired a vast amount of experience working with them across the Housing Sector and also with private sector clients.
