I lead organisational development and operations at Economy, where we work to support people to use economics to achieve what matters to them. I focus on improving our systems around people, culture, diversity and HR, as well as developing our operational and finance processes.

I was a trustee of Rethinking Economics, the charity which supports an international network of students, academics and professionals building a better economics in society and the classroom. I was a member of the finance, risk and audit subcommittee and of the staffing and governance sub-committee guiding development of policy on HR and organisational governance.

I led NEON's operations function, including HR, finance and office systems and was part of the organiation's senior management group.

I contributed to the governance of this small sexual health charity and played a lead role in the decision to secure the ongoing viability of the organisation’s work via its merger with Brook after a key funding stream was discontinued.

I led large-scale survey research projects on education and social capital, for clients including the UK Department for Education and Home Office. I undertook client liaison, research design and implementation, co-ordination of input across multiple internal departments, training of field interviewers, data analysis and report writing.
