Greater Los Angeles Area

· Collections Supervisor: Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and validity of all First Legal accounts with the main function of decreasing the DSO for all service areas. Trains all collections staff to ensure best practices in the collection of delinquent accounts. Deals directly with all outside recovery vendors to ensure proper turn over and accountability. Acts as liaison to executive management team to assist in developing and testing new AR software. Created a tracking format for specific billing requirements. Developed and manage a mass contact system to decrease time spent contacting non-specialized accounts from an average of 10 minutes per client to 4.4 minutes per contact. Current working to integrate mass contact system in existing First Legal programs to further decrease time per contact and improve tracking.
