Leading the strategy for the Telco/Media/Tech sector

- Define the business strategy to adopt- Identify the potential targets by specific market segment- Coordinate commercial actions - Prospect (by phone, mail & physically) - Develop the events incomes- Win clients loyalty and maintain the relationship with them- Manage all the events (administrative and financial) - Provide activity report

- Promote the events, prospect and negotiate with public and private operators- Establish and manage my clients portfolio- Organize and coordinate the events (logistics, communication...)- Participate in new events conception- Develop the other activities of the company

- Identify and Canvass arts’ professionals- Make the connection between artists and foreign institutions- Negociate partners with Europeans embassies in Buenos Aires- Development of the “Brouard Events” company (http://www.brouardevents.com)

- Manage an 80 client’s portfolio (3 times more than the previous year)- Identify and convince 300 prospects- Develop and manage the yearly commercial and advertising budget (50 k€)- Design advertising medium (website, brochure, flyers…)- Organize events (exhibitions, conferences, open days…)- Animate social networks

- Analyze sells to define the future strategies- Develop work tools for the commercial area in order to directly increase the turnover- Approve the commercial areas’ offers - Study the competition

- Prospect and canvass the influential tourism players in the remit of the studio’s guided visit’s development- Negotiate and sign contracts- Organize exhibitions (75 years of the company, Fashion week…)- Broadcast the company on Internet

- Handle the logistic- Organize the merchandising

- Get to do the best sells (6.5k€/day)- Discover the client relation
