Acting as the information channel between the IOC and the outside world, including media relations; drafting of press releases; ensuring internal communications; supervising management of the website and updating web news. Ensuring good media relations and an adequate response to enquiries from people interested in visiting the Council headquarters. Community manager of the IOC, ensuring digital communication strategy and social media management, in charge of Olive News (www.scoop.it/t/olive-news), the IOC's international press review on the olive oil sector and related subjects such as the Mediterranean Diet, health, nutrition, etc.

Responsible for providing support for the working relations between the Executive Director and the Council and for protocol arrangements by preparing meetings and drafting the agenda for Council sessions, attending to administrative aspects of Council sessions, making protocol arrangements, organising official trips of the Executive Director and making arrangements for the meetings of the college of senior officials.
