With over 8 years of work experience in various domains, I am passionate about reducing the digital gap and fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. As the head of Orange Digital Center and Orange Fab in Belgium, I lead a team of 6 people to launch and manage two initiatives that aim to attract, train, and accelerate young talents and start-ups in the tech sector.In my current role, I have successfully launched and managed the Orange Digital Center, a center that offers free training and coaching to more than 1400 people per year, especially young NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), to demystify tech jobs and help them find employment opportunities. I have also launched and managed the Orange Fab, a start-up accelerator that has supported 20 start-ups so far, and created 7 partnerships between them and Orange. I use my skills in marketing, product, and design thinking to develop and implement effective strategies and programs for both initiatives, and to build strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.Passionate about leveraging technology as a force for positive change, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to realize their full potential in the digital age.
