As President and CEO of Inspiration Zone LLC (IZL), I serve as a strategic advisor to corporate executives and as chief inspiration officer to professionals and business owners. I help leaders create and implement inclusive practices, engage teams and develop strategic networks. Prior to launching Inspiration Zone, I was a marketing executive at Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA where I led Multicultural Marketing and spearheaded the company’s strategy and employer programs to address racial and ethnic disparities in healthcare. My corporate experience spans three decades and includes leadership roles in strategy, diversity, sales and marketing. I've authored three books: Strategic Networking 2.0 (2023); The Guide to Strategic Networking (2015); and A Black Woman’s Guide to Networking (2011). My passion is helping organizations and individuals achieve their dreams.
