- Monitoring and creation of cash registers buttons for switzlerland stores and corners of MORGAN brand- Assisting stores manager in every marketing operations and support them to achieve their daily perfomance objectives - Building seasonal & week action plan - Follow-up of client base development, creation of loyal clients and strategic approaches to catch loyal clients' attention (ex :VIP events) - Assist the person in charge of retail in Switzerland with the management of business inside the country: 13 stores and 45 corners Manor.- Weekly anaysis and report of several business indicators of progression - Reporting objectives to stores every week (creating mémos or briefs) - Assisting sellers in any of their daily problems (cash registers, POS displays, maintenance, delivery control, etc.)- Analysis of the results and the weekly indicators to create an action plan- Collaborate with various departments of the Morgan head office in Paris- Team work on communication and marketing strategies for instore home-made POS displays, or outdoor communication on shopping malls, or even internet advertising spaces.- Serve as a commercial and marketing intermediary for the department stores Manor: follow-up the commercial campaigns, stock movement, e-Manor/pictures e-Manor.- Creation and follow-up of the marketing campaigns - Collaboration with local association (Emmaus, Croix Rouge) - Team work on developing new strategic communication campaigns (local radios and magazines)- Monitoring SMS or Newsletters delivery to our clients (full base, active or inactive clients: depending on the targeting and budget strategy of the project)- Animation of the Facebook page Morgan CH: writing and design the editorial line, the coordination of advertisements Facebook and reporting.- Management of communication of the stores inside shopping malls.- Maintenance for shops: meet the needs of maintenance of shops (diverse repairs) and reverse planning of interventions to come
