• Manage all the incoming requests from a SharePoint requests. Using a portal where all the requests are inputted. Create the same request using a different tool.• Follow up on a daily bases with a requestor and coordinators on status update. Ensure the information in the different tools matches and the requestor is updated with the recent status• Make sure the engineers are closing the requests. Follow up with field engineers (via email) to remind to submit the report• Validate information quality.
