Getting the right mix of skill and personality and pairing those traits with the needs of the role are my strengths, my focus and my passion. We train and coach to bring out the best traits and help shape future leaders in our industry, which is wide open and more challenging than ever. My company is an industry leader, growing like there is no tomorrow, and making room for those with leadership skills to advance as they learn the business and bring solutions to our customers’ stickiest problems to the table. With 20+ years in the business of pairing people and positions, my background includes office administration, accounting management, and customer service, while my main focus has always been in human resources. My role has taught me the incredible importance of making sure that the right people are hired, brought into the company fluidly, trained, mentored, informed of their benefits and PAID accurately without fail every time.
