I was solely responsible for invoicing customers for their products they purchased from 4 different sister companies, filling out bill of ladings/export documentation, assisted Accounts Payable by matching up packing slips with invoices and entering them into the database to be paid, maintaining sufficient office supplies & generating monthly commissions.

I was responsible for a majority of the quoting of our products and services to existing and potential customers, sending out samples & brochures to customers upon their request, entering purchase orders into the database and assisted with monthly inventory count.

I worked out on the production for as a Laborer where I first started out learning to be a blader. Throughout the years, I learned & was certified in various jobs such as molding, cutting, testing, auto hanking, packing and table assembler. When new assocaites were hired, I was the first person to greet them, give them a tour of the company, and showed them a video of the job they would start off learning on. I also served as a certified internal ISO:9001 auditor.
