Good day! Thank you for reading my summary! In 2016 I graduated with a professional bachelor's degree in communication management at the PXL University in Hasselt. Grateful for the wonderful years of studying but hungry for the real world, I diligently looked for my first job. The first two years were a real learning experience. I have held several jobs and tried to expand my experience as broadly as possible. Short challenges as a receptionist, telephone operator and administrative assistant prepared me to land my first permanent job in 2018. Admin is not something many people like, but I found satisfaction in creating calm in the chaos. However, I quickly realized that I could do more and started looking for ways to improve processes within the companies I worked for. Adjusting or implementing procedures is not only a logistical or administrative challenge, but also a human one. That is why I started to delve further into People management in 2020. How can you make a team of completely different characters en ways of thinking work together like a well-oiled machine? Which internal communication methods work best for which message? Supporting a team to perform its daily function as well as possible, increasing productivity and creating a good atmosphere are motivating me to go for it, every day. A healthy mind in a healthy body ensures that I can face these challenges with full strength. That is why healthy food and sports are very important to me. Exercising four times a week in combination with a healthy lifestyle is a main priority. It does wonders for your mood and makes you so alert to handle the challenges ahead.
