Responsibilities include:►Client related duties:● Develop in-depth needs identification and candidate profiles with hiring managers to ensure fit. ● Write and post job descriptions through various media.● Create innovative sales presentations and directly interacted with key decision makers to negotiate service contracts● Maintain relationships with existing clients and re-established relationships with prior clients.● Acted as a liaison between clients and candidates.► Candidate related duties:● Candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, references, salary negotiations, offers, to facilitate a seamless experience for the candidate and the hiring manager. ● Recruit and successfully place candidates for both contract and permanent placements ranging from entry level to senior management. ● Source candidates directly and indirectly by utilizing various recruiting means such as on-line job postings, internet database services, referrals and cold calling.
