My contributions to the field of education and learning have earned me the Outstanding Leadership Award from the Education 2.0 Conference and a place among the Top 10 Most Promising Executive Coaches from Singapore by Asia Business Outlook in 2024.I am a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and my professional journey began as an auditor with EY, an international accounting firm, where I managed audit clients in various industries. My passion for training and coaching led me to transition into EY's Learning & Development (L&D) department. As the L&D Director, I was appointed to head the L&D function for the ASEAN region where I was responsible for driving the learning and development initiatives to develop organisational and people capabilities in 14 countries.Currently, I design and deliver impactful learning solutions to multinational companies and professional services firms. I am also an Adjunct Trainer and Course Developer with several reputable Approved Training Organisations and universities in Singapore.
