I am a certified Health & Life Coach, Corporate Coach, Yoga Teacher, and Applied Positive Psychologist. What can I say, I love to learn about the human condition. For the first 20 years of my career, I worked in corporate Human Resources. I was known for my creative ways to bring out the best in the organization and the employees. Before it was a best practice, I was an advocate of bringing balance and well-being to the workplace. For the last 12 years, I have dedicated myself to my family, taught yoga, facilitated well-being programs, coached many clients, and served as an HR Consultant. In all my roles, my purpose is and has always been to help others to see and live into their potential. Although, I primarily work with individuals, corporate clients include: Summit County Prosecutor’s Office, Akron Children’s Hospital, Priority Life Care, The Akron Canton Regional Foodbank, Morgan Stanley, Total Education Solutions and numerous independent professionals.
