Juli has over 25 years of experience in architecture and is known as a skilled designer and team leader, focused on bringing her clients’ dreams to reality. In her projects she manages team efforts to bring the best solutions to the client, in a process that is efficient and enjoyable. Embarking on her career in Chicago and gaining experience at some of the city’s most prestigious architectural firms, Juli was most transformed by her years at a small firm in Chicago’s near north shore, where she took on all responsibilities in the design process, grew her passion for historic residential architecture and learned the significance of working with clients on their most important and personal investments, their homes. After her move to New England, her work at a boutique Portsmouth, NH office included the design of a number of local commercial projects and multiple new homes and renovation/additions throughout Seacoast New Hampshire and the Lakes region. Her designs have been featured in New England Home and Maine Magazine. Juli’s specialties include waterfront design, historic architecture, and the processes required for zoning and historic approvals. Her work demonstrates a focus on design excellence, service to the client, the environment and the community.
