HO MRO Quality Assurance Department (Getafe & La Muñoza sites). A400M Retrofit, A400M Maintenance, A310 VIP Maintenance Coordinate in terms of lead time, manpower resources and cost all the quality department and activities that is responsible for: Aircraft Delivery, Aircraft damage inspection, operational surveillances planning & assessment, aircraft documentation maintenance, quality gates process leading, QUEST deployment, improvement projects leading & engagement, etc. Develop and maintain a cohesive and engaged Team, taking also care of each individual professional career. As head of an Operations area, (MRO Qualtiy Operations) ensure full integration of Quality Organization in Operations activities.Officially appointed as Quality Responsible for the Getafe MRO Center, in front of Military and Civil authorities. Responsible of leading and maintaining airworthiness standards in the MRO Center: Maintanance clearance, MRO Center approval, Certifying Staff, control and update of applicable procedures and Maintenance Organization Manual, etc.

Airbus Lead SOM for DAHER SOCATA.Procurement Aerostructure Operations - Belly Fairings subcommodity (POST3)Main accountabilities:• Ensure on-time and on-quality delvieries from Daher to Airbus operations.• Lead and coordinate Supply Chain & Quality Improvement Project (SQIP) to ensure supplier maturity and robustness.• Coordinate and suport all Airbus Suplier Operations Managers with work packages in Daher.• Supplier approvals and qualifications maitenance.• Guarantee Airbus requirements are deployed and met by supplier.• Responsible of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfers of Work (ToW) witht he supplier• Manage risks and early warning system.• Call for tenders / supplier selection and decision (veto right for safety)• Assessments (PMCA, IPCA, CCP) when applicable• Implementations of Procurement strategy defined by MFT• Negotiations of Logistics conditions parameters when applicable• Commercial activities (Capex, CRC)

Head of New Product Development Team (managing a seven people team)In charge of A350 & A400M work packages industrialization within Airbus Risk Sharing Partners:- Deploy Airbus requirements in suppliers.- Support to A350 industrialization: GRAMS & programme milestones, special process qualification, FAIs, cost of non quality reduction, etc.- Internal Customer interface & support.

Experience in several internal (EADS-CASA) and external audits (EADS-Deutschland – EADS-MTAD)- Payment Milestone verification and defence during audits.- Spain Production Unit Quality Assurance representative for EF2000 Programme.
