I research host-microbe ecosystems, with a focus on the human microbiome and its implications for health and disease. I am applying my expertise in bioinformatics and multivariate statistics to analyze large-scale 'omics data and identify novel microbial biomarkers, pathways, and interactions. I have a PhD in Microbiology from UC Irvine, where I completed my dissertation on the role of gut microbiota in modulating immune responses and inflammation. I have published multiple peer-reviewed articles in prestigious journals and presented my findings at international conferences. I am passionate about advancing the field of microbiology and collaborating with other scientists and stakeholders. My goal is to explore new opportunities that leverage my skills and knowledge, and that make meaningful contributions to the understanding and application of the human microbiome.
