The Senior Analyst- Business Operations (Information of Things) assists with all testing and validation functions required to support the Wholesale channel in Smart Cities and Telematics. Supports troubleshooting, implementations and testing efforts needed to assist the channel and Resellers to profitably grow and increase revenue. Responsible for testing all system application enhancements/changes in support of the Resellers and Wholesale team.Assists with testing requests necessary to resolve issues on behalf of the reseller, Operations, Sales Support or Account Management team.Supports API documentation updates and customer testing requests.Supports all API integration requests (RSSx, CCT, Report Central, PRR).Supports SQL Teradata queries and data analyticsMaintains VPN/Firewall documents and work with network teams to make necessary changes.Performs regression testing when Network changes are made such as migrations of subscribers to new switches or other network elements.Participates in meetings to understand and test new functionality.Creates and setup test scenarios/test scripts to ensure system is working as desired.Responsible for execution of RSSx/CCT UAT testing.Responsible for RSSx/CCT post release testing(this includes Release night/morning testing).Performs user acceptance testing when new features and/or functionality are installed in RSSx.Serves as point of contact for IT to communicate all RSSx/CCT UAT outage notifications to Resellers. Ensures timely communications of UAT testing window changes.Serves as RSSx system SME to support Wholesale initiative clarification requests.
