-Design and development of engineering for new products to be manufactured-Start-up of new machines acquired for production-Evaluate with production the failure mode analysis and its effects (F.M.E.A.)-Review advanced product quality planning (A.P.Q.P.)

- Calculate and design industrial equipment: vessels, reactors, agitators, mixers, conveyors, heat exchangers, metallic structures and prototypes.- Prepare technical documentation: plans, manuals, models, renders, simulations, calculation reports, quotes, control sheets, risk reports, catalogs.- Plan and manage the monitoring of projects based on ISO 9001 standards.- Supervise equipment manufacturing and installation and coordinate weekly presentations.

- Make detailed plans for sheet metal bending (Sheet Metal - Solidworks).- Manage schedule of daily activities, conducting supervisions during the shift.- Manage the capital entered by sale daily and keep accounting records.

- Evaluate, develop and design engineering projects, ensuring the execution of the teams within the defined scope, scheduled deadlines and the planned budget.- Make diagrams, manufacturing plans, list of materials or data book of the equipment.- Approve the quality of the equipment manufactured in the plant and coordinate the delivery or installation.

- Register and manage corrective and preventive maintenance (Software: SAP).- Calculate monthly performance factors of the maintenance carried out.- Coordinate and lead daily meetings to inform and promote 5s to staff.- Design an alternate water supply system to supply the plant.
