Persons who are licensed as official workers, and are currently appointed to a place of ministry, may be issued an official worker license and designated for the balance of the current calendar year and one additional year.

Preach and teach 40 Sundays out of 52 a year; leadership workshop and seminars training 5 times a year; organize 3 to 5 different retreats and events through the year; meet with Governing Board once a month; spiritual counseling to different age groups on a weekly basis. Oversee the well being of the church both emotional and spiritual; lead general and special meetings of the church; supervise the elders; visit the sick and those who stop attending to encourage and challenge them in their growth; perform weddings and quiceñeras events, and lead funeral services.Attend the National Council of the Christian and Missionary Alliance and be appointed to serve in different committees such finances, missions, and Denomination’ President Reports
