With over 28 years of experience in quality management and improvement, I am a passionate and visionary leader who drives excellence and innovation across diverse manufacturing industries. As the Director of Quality at Nice North America, I lead all company-wide quality and continuous improvement initiatives in multi-site operations across Asia, Canada, US and Mexico.My core competencies include developing and implementing quality management systems based on ISO9001 standards, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, leading new product development and introduction quality strategies, and monitoring and improving vendor performance.
