Senior Technical Program Manager
CurrentAs a Senior TPM, I am responsible for leading Udemy's GenAI program (rolling into data department). My role encompasses managing a 10+ project portfolio of complex multi-stakeholder AI/ML/DL initiatives, such as semantic search for learners, chatbot feature development, as well as GenAi-based content generation tools for instructors. I play a key role in integrating these innovative technologies into our product offerings and accelerating collaboration across wide cross-functional projects. I collaborate to design intuitive deep-learning development processes and program mechanics that allow data teams to scale. My responsibilities provide the exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of developing products that propel Udemy to deliver solutions that advance the field of AI, and significantly enrich learning and teaching experiences.
