He excels in developing new markets and cultivating strong client relationships. Julio has demonstrated the ability to manage and motivate high-performing teams while delivering exceptional results in challenging environments.His capital investment experience includes leadership and development of projects from pre-investment studies (FEL - Front End Loading) to execution, including SIB (Stay In Business) initiatives. He has performed design and construction for process plants and related infrastructure in mining and metals investments.Currently, Julio is a managing director for a Chilean consulting company, developing a new business unit for advisory services in mining and renewable energy markets across Latin America.Recently, he managed and established a new practice based in Chile for an international consulting company. This practice focuses on natural resources capital investments (market/business development and service delivery) while providing local support to other Strategic Business Units' (SBUs) new operations in the country and supporting regional activities in Latin America.In a previous role, Julio led a business sector (Natural Resources Latin America) in a global consulting company. He provided program and project management services, project controls, and project services (procurement and contracts) to global accounts, regional and local clients.In a prior regional role, he was responsible for Commercial and Business Development in the Latin American market (primarily Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, and Chile).
