I have worked for years in Beit Scopus, a Project that aims to train the next generation of Jewish leaders in Latin America imparting skills and knowledge, commitment, advocacy, volunteerism and education. I have engaged, instructed and mentored young adults of different socioeconomic origins, ideas and understandings. Managed the most successful workshop, up to 20 participants per class, transmitting knowledge forming aware and committed future leaders to learn and network. As part of the initiative, participants develop their own skills and programs that they implement in their home communities or more widely in their home countries.
