I assist in providing adequate protection of the IP of its owner whilst ensuring profitable exploitation of all of the intangible assets, at the national, EU and international scale. I work in close collaboration with the apex level of the organization to promote implementation of good corporate governance and ethics within it in our endeavors towards economic growth with equity and on an environmentally friendly basis. I defend the interests of the clients in complex cross-border commercial litigation, before a court of law or an independent arbitration tribunal either within the EU or internationally, being accustomed to addressing choice of law, choice of jurisdiction, comparative law, cross-cultural and linguistic issues. I like playing sport, auteur cinema and traveling. I have also completed a bachelor's degree in Communications.
