Julio Rios is a Vice President of Manufacturing Global Culinary Kitchen, Nestlé USA at Nestlé. He possess expertise in food industry, confectionery, chocolate, manufacturing, food manufacturing and 19 more skills. Julio accepted the challenge and moved into this Factory Manager, director role, where he lead this non-union sugar confectionery factory through a great deal of change to make it a very effective and efficient operation. Through his leadership, we were able to in-source previously co-manufactured products from Mexico to add profitability to our division. From this factory Julio was promoted to Factory Manager of our Burlington, WI factory. This factory takes raw cocoa and manufactures numerous cocoa and chocolate based products. Julio two years of leadership again led the factory through many changes which increased the safety, quality, productivity and profitability of the factory. Once again Julio was promoted to Factory Manager of our Franklin Park, IL factory. This factory is a challenge due to lack of investment in it's infrastructure for many years. Julio put together a solid leadership team and worked with the factory employees to continue to deliver the requirements of the business. Julio is a very strong leader. He has the perfect blend of both technical, analytical skill and interpersonal skill. Julio can manage and lead extremely complex and challenging projects. He can quickly analyze complex projects and recommend the most pragmatic approach to lead to success. His leadership and management of both projects and people are impeccable.
