In the position of CIO & Cybersecurity Manager at Ultranav, the responsibilities are:• Lead the IT operation of companies in Chile, Denmark, USA and other countries.• Manage the information systems, infrastructure and communications in efficiently way.• Develop solutions based on the needs raised by the functional managers (Human Resources, Finance, Marketing ...), ensuring the correct governance of the applications and guaranteeing its stability.• Manage all projects (new and roll-out) with a global perspective, supervising the work done by external and internal teams, serving as a link with Business Units.• Lead and manage the company's Information Systems: SAP ERP, SAP BPC & BW, Hyperion Planning, IMOS, LiMa, Sertica, Adonis and electronic invoice systems.• Manage the Help Desk and Field Support (Service Support).• Define the service levels (SLA's) for all activities associated with the company's Information Technologies.• Ensure compliance of the IT budget and IT expenses.• Define and control the correct functioning of information security policies.• Provide visibility to the business units and subsidiaries of the advances in IT.• Conduct bids, quotations and acquisitions in matters of information technology.• Responsible of the Digital Agenda at Ultranav (Analytics, RPA, Big Data and others).

In the position of IT & Processes Manager: • Responsable de la correcta operación de SAP y sus procesos financiero, lo que incluye empresas de Chile, Argentina, Perú y Dinamarca, lo que considera las respectivas localizaciones.• Implementation of more than 20 companies in the corporate SAP, in the FI, CO, MM, SD and LP modules.• Delivery of the Services according to the needs of the users and the defined SLA's.• Administration of SAP security through the Roles and Profiles, as well as the correct administration of the company's master data (Customers, suppliers, materials, etc.).• Responsible for the maintenance of applications (requirements, implementation, validation by users, go live ...), verifying impacts and minimizing risks.• Supervision of compliance with internal controls in the financial area.

In the position of Human Resource Manager of Chilquinta Energy Group, I had the follow responsabilities:• Design of rules, policies and strategies of Human Resources, which includes the payment of the salary, the development of the people, the administration of buildings and security, as well as the management of suppliers. • Generation of the training plan and labor competencies.• Development of the plan to improve the work environment (Great Place to Work).• Design of the career and succession plan.

In the position of CIO (chief information officer) of Chilquinta Energy Group:• Leader of Systems, Technology, Communications and Processes at Chilquinta Energia Group, composed of 5 companies of Electric Power Distribution, 1 generating company and other minors.• Responsible for all the company's Information Systems, such as SAP, SCADA, Technical systems, Commercial systems, regulatory systems.• Responsible for the data centers of the company (main and alternative), guaranteeing a safe, efficient, reliable and stable operation.• Guarantee IT communications with different offices and companies.• Responsible for the evaluation of new technologies, considering innovation and internal controls.• Responsible to define, control and ensure the cybersecurity in the company. • Leader of compliance with the regulatory, legal and accounting issues.• Responsible for the management of the User Help Desk and Field Support.• Responsible for the strategic and budgetary management of IT with investments of the order of MUSD 2,500 per year.• Reengineering of the Systems and Processes, centralizing all IT operations in Valparaíso and rationalizing the computing resources of the different companies (Compañía Eléctrica El Litoral, Energía Casablanca, LuzLinares, LuzParral, TecnoRed and others).

In the position of Chief of Information Systems had carried out the following activities:• Responsible for the development of the Commercial System of the Holding, which handles all the challenges of the electricity and gas business, such as customer service, meter reading, billing, cutting and replacement, collection, energy thefts, regularizations, among others. This system was incorporated in all the companies of the group. • Responsible for providing a systemic solution to all business units (legal, regulatory and accounting requirements).• Responsible for the support and maintenance of the company's systems (Financial, commercial, technical, administrative and regulatory).• Responsible for the implementation of the CRM System and the systems for the Call Center. • Responsible for the implementation of business intelligence systems, such as the Balanced Score Card and Datawarehouse.
