DBA hired me as a Project Leader to manage an intranet project for Telemar using both mainframe and WEB technologies. As the project finished I as placed in charge of the DBA software factory test environment in Belo Horizonte. Factory's main goal is to produce software with quality to meet DBA customer's requirement in both mainframe and web environments.I was the responsible manager for the implementation of DBA´s software factory for PETROBRAS in Salvador, Bahia.I acted as a consultant for the Siemens Manaus Plant project for the Partner's Software Development Security Environment, as a infrastructure consultant for the HERMES´ new Billing System and also as a infrastructure consultant for IDS/SCHEER and DBA partnership writing a business proposals for IDS?SCHEER customer MARABRAZ.Main achievements: Met the projects goals developing the first successful Natural WEB project implemented in Telemar. The implementation of Salvador Factory was successful and finished ahead the planned schedule.

As Production and Operation Manager, I was one of the coordinators of the year 2K projects regarding the mainframe and client/serve environment. In addition, I coordinated the Application Server contract renewal, specifying the scope and the SLA for the new contract.
