My experience includes both desktop & server deployments such as Windows Server 2012 R2 & Windows 7 using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit 2013 update 2 for operating systems & software installation. Implemented and deployed a help desk ticketing system (Spiceworks) for both end user support and asset management.Use Hyper-V Manager and VMWare ESXI vSphere Client to manage and support existing virtual servers. • Responsible for hiring, training, managing, & supporting the ITS Staff.• Responsible for ITS related hardware and software purchases.• Responsible for testing and patching our ERP system (Datatel /Colleague).• Worked in collaboration with our ITS Central team on various institution wide projects.• Responsible for supporting our NC Online campus LMS and collaboration solution. • Oversee support for the student computer labs at the campus• Support all ITS networking / computer equipment at the campus.

Chicago Campus

• Assist and support Students, Faculty, & Staff in various software / hardware related issues.• Maintained and updated computer labs with both software and hardware installations. • Install and configure phones on the PBX.• Programmed various forms and reports of the college’s Student Records System (C.A.R.D.S.)

Chicago Campus

• Assist and support Students, Faculty, & Staff in various software / hardware related issues including password reset. Troubleshoot printer & copier issues.
