A new Oncology EHR Platform from scratch.I've played a pivotal role in design, spanning from problem discovery to strategy, encompassing information architecture, high-quality design concepts, prototyping, and design system creation. Notably, I designed from an empty canvas a completely new EHR (Electronic Health Records) Solution from inception. I championed the establishment of a unified design language and maintained transparent communication with leadership, product owners, the advisory board, clinicians, and the development team. I fostered a collaborative environment within the design team, regularly mentoring junior members. Additionally, I actively contributed to documentation and streamlined design processes to enhance our final product.

I collaborate and brainstormed closely with founders and product owners to understand, identify, and take on business requirements and user’s needs. My primary role involves producing and delivering high-quality designs to the development team, encompassing comprehensive visualizations of user flows and functional interactions within the app. This includes designing the low-code front-end editor, back-end management tools, account settings, and sign-up flows. Revolutionizing the call center industry.I co-founded LiveAnswer and played a pivotal role in transforming our initial concept into a fully-fledged product. I was responsible for developing the brand identity and designing the client-facing platform, as well as integrating the call center side. Notably, our efforts culminated in the successful sale of LiveAnswer to Stericycle, a publicly-traded S&P 500 company.
