Made a deal with Korea Land and Housing to analyze the development of a smart residential project in Santa Cruz with expected sales of more than 35 million USD. 3. Promoted and implemented the first smart home offered to the public using IOT products.4. Prepared and presented the business plan that lead to partner up with Graña Montero, one of the biggest construction companies in South America, for the construction of 5 projects that totaled sales for 40 million USD. 5.
