I was responsible for data exportation, analysis and model generation in order to build the basis for the Marketing Manager´s decision process. I was also in charge of developing proof of concepts, creation and definition of regular reports, and KPIS standardization. My principal driver was to perform innovative data and analysis projects that leaded me to proactively developed ideas in part of the discovery of trends, technologies and new areas for Data & Analytics.

Working from Marketing Area I was responsible of the A to Z for launching a new services or offer. That position implied the analysis of the possible offer with the head of marketing, the creation of the technical requirement and be part of the decision of communication channels to be used. I was involved in monitoring the performance of the services from the technical view and also form the customer view, if the services work properly and they were well accepted. Finally, in order to close the cycle of the service/product I was in charge of tracking the basic KPIS in order to find new opportunities of improvement and make deep analysis if it was required.
