 Coordinate with members of the team to ensure meeting customer demand in a timely manner. Meet with SC to request material status based on when is needed to start production Work on plan, considering cell / SMT capacity Responsible for reviewing customer demand by month Daily Meetings with Customer (Updates, Negotiations, Projections, Tracking Info) Ensure all open jobs are closed within a 30 day period, maximum

 Manage and execute the MRP Workbench (release of Planned Orders) Manage Planning exceptions (late Purchase orders, past due sales orders, negative inventories) Ensure team target inventory levels are reached within area of responsibility. Identify and manage parts for Lean Material Programs (right program, bin size, etc) Analysis and reporting of Material Availability including identifying last part in house dates Interface with customer on parts shortages or delays etc. on anything that will affect their delivery Communication of material issues both internally and externally/ Prime contact point for the Customer Focus Team. Management of inventory, including disposition of excess and obsolete inventory

 Drives Lead Time and MOQ’s reduction.  Develops the daily and weekly Supplier Schedule receipts and projections.  Maintains all the supplier schedules in SAP.  Provides answers to Customer Service in parts that are past due or due to the same week.  Responsible for the Supplier Delivery Metric.  Analyzes the materials availability and communicates the short ones to the team, executes corrective actions to complete the plan. Monitor and assist in identification of excess inventory.  Track and Control Excess and Obsolete Stock.  Follow up to Supplier OTTR & Past Due + Recovery Plan Inventory Strategies. Procure Raw Material Drives Lead Time and MOQ’s reduction.

 Drives Lead Time reduction Procure Raw Material (Sheet Metal / Extrusions / Metals / Steels) Answers and follow the requirements of our clients update databases  Establish material requirements consistent with production rates, supplier lead times and corporate inventory objectives/policies. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports pertaining to current status of inventory and overall customer service level, efficiency rating within Material Services Frequent interaction with personnel in other departments to follow-up, expedite coordinate parts and orders Monitor and assist in identification of excess inventory Management of Min/Max - Discrete Items
