I am currently leading two major initiatives that drive the growth and diversification of our portfolio:1. Building a Robust Loan Portfolio: Spearheading real estate development projects across the Dominican Republic to expand our residential portfolio, enhancing access to quality housing and creating sustainable communities.2. Engineering Complex Projects: Leading the development of the Cibao Free Zone Park in Northern DR, strategically positioned to attract high-tech clients in the semiconductor, health tech, and EV industries, fostering innovation and economic growth in the region.Key Projects:- Urbanización Brisas del Este, La Vega: Scheduled for completion by December 2024.- Paraiso del Este Phase I, Santo Domingo Este: Scheduled for completion by July 2025.- Samanes del Este, La Vega: Scheduled for completion by July 2026.- Cibao Free Zone Park: Currently underway, focused on creating a hub for advanced manufacturing and technology companies.
