Oversaw 10 warehouse stores (average 180,000 sf.) with accountability for all facets of the business including purchasing, negotiations, sales, marketing, operations, and sales representatives.

Recruited by this international food and beverage distributor to manage their largest and highest volume region. Led a team of 50 sales agents while working closely with 15 local distribution companies to serve a group of 43 large and small retailers in Spain, France, Italy, and California, including prominent companies such as Carrefour, Mercadona, Walmart, Safeway, and many more. Negotiated all contracts and trade policies across the region.

Recruited to oversee a region with up to 21 stores under 4 different banners (Relay, BDP, La Cure Gourmande, Your Fashion Store) in airports, train stations, and shopping malls across Spain. Fully accountable for every aspect of the region including sales, customer service, inventory control, merchandising, standards compliance, P&L, staffing, and talent development. Led a team of 100+ including store managers, assistant store managers, and sales associates.

Recruited by the CEO to launch and oversee all operations in Spain. Opened 6 warehouses (average 150,000 sf.) in Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Andalusia, Canary Islands, and Balearic Islands for the distribution of food, beverage, and personal care products (1500 SKUs) to major retail chains and other clients in Spain, Andorra, France, and Italy. Developed and led a team of 6 warehouse and logistics managers, 6 sales managers, and 25 sales representatives.
