After graduated from University of Indonesia, Faculty of Economics & Business in 1996, I join Citibank as personal banking officer for short period of time, then spend most of my professional career with Royal Dutch Shell in Indonesia, with some working experiences in Singapore, Hong-Kong & United Sates of America, mostly in marketing strategy with additional experiences in Fuel Retail Operation, Fuel Retail Network Planning Strategy, and Overall Corporate Contract & Procurement Strategy.

During my time I was able to improve customer satisfaction index from 85% to 97%, which put Indonesia one of the best score globally.
