• Coordinated the development of packaging suppliers and the filling process for the local production (Brazil and Argentina) of products Natura Homem Deodorant Aerosol and Shave Gel, ensuring cost savings for the company.• Led and coordinated the packaging development of new line Kaiak Female, generating gross revenues of around R$ 22 million, also making possible the costs saving with the local production of the Kaiak Male packaging.• Led and coordinated the packaging development projects in the Perfumery Natura such as Natura Homem, KaiaK Masculino, KaiaK Feminino, Sintonia and EKOS fine fragrance, working with international suppliers conducting tooling approvals, managing and approving the packaging production transfer to Brazil, creating logistical flexibility for the company.• Developed and implemented the EKOS line packaging in the categories of Perfumery, Soaps and Bath, considering more than 12 packaging items, managing 5 suppliers and meet the deadline to launch in less than 12 months.• I designed and developed five (5) packaging solutions with obtaining Industrial Design Patent in three (3) entries (Ekos, Natura Refills and oral hygiene).
