As the Technology Solutions Manager, I’m responsible for compiling customer's requirements and leveraging our manufacturing, processing and control systems experience mixed with an array of hardware/software platforms to build a preliminary solution/design. I help achieve revenue goals by promoting and selling our full portfolio of technologies and services. Work primarily with the Sales and Estimating Departments to identify and define automation solutions.I’m also responsible for building relationships at all levels in an organization, tackling complex sales challenges, overcoming competitive threats, and identifying the appropriate solution in a prospective sales opportunity. My secondary goal is to help establishing strong executive relationships with both external and internal resources and well as working with the PMO and Engineering Manager to upkeep the training and development of our engineering (SXB) team.
