For over a decade, I’ve been at the forefront of impact entrepreneurship in Latin America, challenging traditional narratives and paving new paths for human potential. As the co-founder of three purpose-led enterprises, my focus has consistently been on reimagining the future of work and creating environments where innovation can thrive.Under my leadership, Cirklo—a B Corporation partnering with multinational organizations across Latin America to deliver world-class innovation programs—scaled into a 27-person team. During this time, I led teams and initiatives that redefined how social innovation was embraced by an ecosystem of changemakers in Mexico.At Fuckup Nights, I played a key role in transforming the organization from an NGO into an LLC, aligning our strategic vision with the infrastructure needed to scale it into a global movement. This resulted in 300+ cities and 18 private events with corporate partners each month, and deepened my conviction that we all have a role in reshaping how we view failure—not as a setback, but as an essential part of embracing vulnerability to build more resilient and progressive societies.I’m driven by curiosity and collaboration, constantly seeking out new opportunities to empower individuals and organizations to adapt, grow, and thrive.
