I take lead in many of the larger tasks in the restaurant. I organize food orders and make sure they come out in a timely fashion for many of the larger parties.

At Seasons I was given the chance to be one of the head servers. Being a head server I was given the task to complete some of the more difficults tables and sections. I also had the oppurtunity to train some of my coworker and teach them the standard of serving we live up too at Seasons 52. Teaching consisted of learning the computer system and how we work as a team here.

At Cheesecake Factory I was given a head server and later became a certified trainer as well. I trained many of the new hires that joined the team. I had to teach the new hires how to work at the standards of Cheesecake Factory and what rules we follow here. As a head server I was also a closing server. The duty of a closing server is to make sure all servers completed their assigned side work before they got the okay to go home. My duty was to make sure the restaurant was left spot less before I left.

Due to hard work and teamwork I was given the opportunity to train many of the employees in just 6 months time. Given a certified training position, I was tasked to teach new employees the standards of Red Lobster. I had to teach them how to communicate with guests and even how to use the computer systems properly.
