Led the complex negotiations with the purpose to keep the prices under the values of the main supplier in Brazil, integrating the information with the procurement hub of the Americas, implementing strategic actions, which generated savings of R$2.2 million/year, improved the source of raw material (base oils) and brought higher flexibility in the production of global formulations. Received several recognitions for the efficiency in other global negotiations at the local suppliers’ offices, always concerned about compliance with the legislation, quality and the best logistics modes contracted locally.Coordinated different quotations for acquisition of raw materials and packaging in general, developing new suppliers with new proposals for formulations and design, focused on the improvement of quality and the reduction of direct and indirect costs, obtaining savings of more than R$3.5 million per year.Together with the team, made the performance of several analyses of import scenarios versus local purchase of raw material feasible, considering logistics and market alternatives, as well as financial detailing of each scenario. As a result, some raw materials were bought from or manufactured in Brazil.At the main strategic suppliers, implemented the SPM (Supply Performance Management) process, assuring and strengthening the fulfillment of the KPIs necessary for the quality level required by the customers, such as Volkswagen, Ford, GM, Jaguar Land Rover, Mitsubishi.Developed and led several projects in the Supply Chain area. Together with the Logistics area, worked on the contracting of logistics operators, transport companies, warehouses, improving KPIs, reviewing SLAs and generating savings of more than R$1 million/year. I was also responsible for the contracting of logistics operators and suppliers for the beginning of the operation for supplying Offshore companies (Ensco, Transocean, BP), starting a new business unit in Brazil called Energy.

Led and managed different outsourcing projects, focused on supplying assembly companies (Volkswagen, Ford, GM, Mitsubishi) and fulfillment of a contingency plan of the operations in Brazil, obtaining savings of more than R$2.5 million/year.Managed the contracting of construction companies in different engineering and technology projects involving CAPEX and OPEX, assuring quality and delivery within the agreed deadlines, as well as identifying the best proposals with price differences of up to 40%.Worked in the purchasing process (chemical, additives, base oils, packaging and NRP category management) and contracting of production and non-production services, as well as regional and engineering contracts, always aligned with the global strategy. Kept an efficient communication channel with other positions, such as: supply chain, finance, taxes, marketing and business in Brazil.Led a team of 4 people related to the NPR (non-productive) activities and acquisition of raw material, packaging and contracting services from third parties, and worked in subjects related to the ISO9001, 14001 and TS16949 standard together with the supply chain and procurement.Worked in the implementation of the global policies and strategies, such as the implementation of P2P at the procurement activities with interference in all other areas of the company in Brazil. Consolidated the standardization of the contracts with models developed in advance and approved by the headquarters in the UK. At the end of 2016, more than 97% of the purchases and the contracts were covered by new contract models, containing the most current clauses for ethics and compliance, anti-corruption, anti-bribery and money laundry. Furthermore, all contracts were cataloged and stored in a global SharePoint, allowing efficient audit and consulting process by the contract manager, legal, finance and procurement areas.Controlled a budget of about US$80 million/year, generating average annual savings of about 3.5%.

Responsible for several sorting lines, stock control, increasing the term of payment at suppliers, implementation of the perfect sorting for Rede Farmalife with analyses of the competitors’ prices. Developed and worked as an interface with the Marketing area in planning, implementation and follow-up of promotions, and at suppliers, which financed the whole promotional campaign.Negotiated with large, medium and small suppliers, seeking better cost and payment conditions, which resulted in excellent profitability growth in the managed lines. Close relationship with suppliers, building an excellent portfolio, for example: Johnson’s, Gessy Lever, P&G, Gillette do Brasil, 3M, L’Oréal, Wella, Melhoramentos Papéis, Kimberly Clark, BDF Nivea, Colgate Palmolive, Cremer, Nestlé, among others.Planned sales strategies, such as: draws for customers or the sales team, determination of awarded targets and challenges in the stores.Worked as an interface between the Commercial area and the IT area for the implementation of the G-RMS commercial management system in the taxation, price, profitability, competition research modules and the purchasing module and later, in the development of the system itself to meet the needs of the Commercial area.
